The OECD's Programme on Institutional Management in Higher Education (IMHE) has launched a call for contributions for its next General Conference entitled
Higher Education in a World Changed Utterly: Doing More with Less - 13-15 September 2010 This represents a valuable opportunity to become part of a showcase to a high level audience in the prestigious setting of the OECD headquarters in Paris. Deadline: Monday, 4 January 2010. |

I would very much like to give a short talk on the value of a universal approach to early learning where one common approach to early learning was backed by the OECD, to this educational meeting in September in Paris.
My views are that parents should be informed of the importance of early learning and be given every assistance by primary schools to help their own children to count and read utilising the simple visual methods that I have developed. Parents cannot insure early learning if they are not aware of its value, but even more importantly they cannot become efficient teachers if they are not aware of the simplicity by which this is possible.
