Good Morning,

Would a scientist with educational practitioner experience, or knowledge, please help us {me} with the Neural Code and how do we learn it? Prior knowledge....I don't think so...

Good Afternoon

I am really looking for help in the person of someone who can really describe the neural codes in the brain.
My readings are touching on the neural code of the eyes etc.....but I really do not understand it.

Well I did not get any responses on the neural code sooooooooooooooooooo.....retrieved today from the internet is some material that will get us started....
