Je travaille depuis 25 ans auprès d'une population qui présente une peur voire une aversion vis-à -vis de l'espace aquatique.
J'utilise une démarche de désensibilisation basée sur une approche cognitiviste.
Les résultats que j'obtiens sont probants.
La prise en compte des émotions à des fins d'apprentissage revêt une importance première.
