Hi, i have a question, a person that is neurotic can controlled his actions or this people that suffers this could reach the point where they can´t controlled them selves?.

We all suffer from lapses of self regulation. These difficuilties can be accentuated in neurosis, but it would not be approprate to argue that neurotic people are without self control.
